A major accolade for Laika: three models from the Italian manufacturer were honoured at the
Reisemobil des Jahres 2026 awards, standing out for their design, build quality and comfort. The
Reisemobil des Jahres awards represent one of the most prestigious accolades on the European recreational vehicle scene: organised annually by the German magazine
Promobil, they are voted for by the magazine’s readers and serve as a benchmark for the motorhome season.
The awards ceremony took place on Saturday 17 January at the
CMT trade fair in Stuttgart,
and Laika was among the protagonists, securing no fewer than three accolades: the
Ecovip Campervan,
Kosmo Motorhome and
Ecovip Motorhome all stood out in their respective categories, confirming travellers’ appreciation for travel solutions that combine functionality, comfort and attention to detail. Quality, innovation and a distinctive style, all under the banner of Made in Italy: this is what underpins Laika’s models, which draw on the company’s more than sixty years of experience as one of the leading manufacturers on the European recreational vehicle scene. Reisemobil des Jahres 2026 award thus crowns the efforts made to develop products capable of meeting customers’ expectations in terms of comfort, safety and style.
The
Ecovip Campervan took third place in the “Import – Campervans with bathroom above €65,000” category. The
Kosmo Motorhome secured third place in the “Import – A-class motorhomes under €95,000” category,
