The
Eriba saga continues: the iconic Hymer Group brand returns to the stage at
CMT 2026 in Stuttgart (17-25 January) presenting both caravans and motorhomes. For over sixty years,
Eriba has captivated outdoor living enthusiasts with its models. After distinguishing itself for years and years with caravans, two years ago
Eriba launched a modern range of vans, called
Eriba Car and built on a Volkswagen Crafter base. And now, by popular demand, the
Eriba Car models are also being offered with a
pop-up bellows roof.
Both versions, the Eriba Car 600 and the Eriba Car 602, can now be specified with an optional bellows roof, available with manual or electric operation. This new feature provides additional sleeping space, essentially increasing capacity from two to four berths. The vehicles’ characteristics remain unchanged, including their distinctive look, with the eye-catching two-tone paintwork.
But
Eriba could hardly attend the show without exhibiting its cult caravans, the
Touring range, a genuine industrial phenomenon, in production since 1957 and characterised by compact dimensions and a timeless shape. At the
2026 CMT Stuttgart,
Eriba presents an exclusive special model, the
Touring Silver Edition.
It stands out for its new seat upholstery fabric, coordinating cushions and a cement-effect flooring (already seen on the flagship Hymer motorhomes), as well as for a monochromatic "Crystal Silver" exterior that catches the eye and will undoubtedly preserve this caravan’s appeal unchanged for decades to come.
Generously equipped, with various accessory packages offered as standard, the
Eriba Touring Silver Edition boasts quality furnishings and a unique style. Alloy wheels, stainless steel bumpers and the "
Silver Edition" logo add a finishing touch to the exterior. The
Eriba Touring Silver Edition is available in five configurations: 430, 530, 542, 630 and 642. At CMT Stuttgart, we had the chance to admire the
Eriba Touring 530 Silver Edition.
