Fluideen selected for ADI Design Index 2025

Fluideen, the “concept motorhome” developed by Mobilvetta, has been selected for the ADI Design Index 2025, the annual publication curated by the Associazione per il Disegno Industriale (ADI – Association for Industrial Design), which brings together the best projects in Italian design, all candidates for the ADI Compasso d’Oro, one of the most prestigious design awards internationally. The selection was announced on 15 October 2025, on the occasion of the official presentation of the ADI Design Index and the opening of the exhibition at the ADI Design Museum in Milan, where Fluideen was displayed in the museum’s outdoor spaces. The Fluideen project First unveiled at the Caravan Salon in Düsseldorf in 2024 and subsequently at the Salone del Camper in Parma 2024, Fluideen was created with the aim of exploring innovative solutions in design, on-board technology and sustainability applied to the recreational vehicle sector.

It is a design laboratory that Mobilvetta uses to experiment with new living configurations, materials and technologies that inspire the development of future models in the range. The name Fluideen combines two key concepts:
• Fluid, representing the continuity between interior spaces and the outside environment, the soft shapes inspired by nature and the flexible approach to living spaces;
• Green, referring to the focus on environmental sustainability and the use of natural or recycled materials. Design and technology
The exterior design is characterised by aerodynamic lines, large glazed surfaces, a panoramic skyroof and digital mirrors. The interior offers bright, multifunctional spaces, with technological details such as strip windows with adjustable opacity, customisable lighting, retractable components and transformable furnishings.

Notable technical features include:
• Centralised control panel with Bluetooth connection
• Smart water system with grey water recovery
• Dual lithium battery and inverter for greater autonomy
• Water heating with heat converters
• Automatic, centralised locking of doors and hatches for safety while travelling Carefully selected materials, recycled fibre upholstery, scented elements and sound-absorbing surfaces all contribute to creating an environment that is comfortable, sustainable and geared towards the user’s wellbeing. Fluideen is not intended for series production, but represents an exercise in vision that expresses Mobilvetta’s strategy: anticipating trends and promoting innovation as a core value of product development.
