Within Dethleffs’ range of camper vans, the Globetrail 640 HR stands out for the solutions it adopts, which are unusual, especially when considered as a whole. It is the German manufacturer’s first camper van fitted with a drop-down bed and offers generous space, a large storage compartment and accessories that broaden its potential uses. Built on the long version of the Fiat Ducato, the 636 cm one, it is an extremely versatile vehicle. Bulky equipment can be fitted into the storage compartment thanks to its considerable volume, given by its uncommon depth and height. The Globetrail 640 HR is equipped with a large longitudinal bed with variable height, but Dethleffs has also provided an additional bed as an option. Furthermore, the bathroom does not follow a standard layout.
