Etrusco continues to develop its Van range

New models arrive with a drop-down bed

Published on 27/07/2026

With the new V 6.8 SF and V 6.8 SCF models, Etrusco presents a completely renewed range within its successful van series at Caravan Salon 2026. For the first time, one of the brand’s most sought-after models has been reimagined, with particular attention paid to greater flexibility, comfort and up-to-date usability. Central to this revision is a newly conceived drop-down bed integrated into the front area, which makes the brand’s bestseller even more versatile and opens up new possibilities for everyday use on the road. The various interior layout options draw on concepts recognised with the iF Design Award 2026 and the German Design Award 2026, reflecting a vision that combines contemporary design, functionality and living comfort.

A tried-and-tested concept – reinterpreted
With a width of just 2.14 metres, Etrusco Vans have long stood out for their compact dimensions and living solutions designed to make the most of every available centimetre. The brand now takes this concept a step further by introducing a drop-down bed in the front area, a novelty that expands the versatility of the interior without disrupting its design balance. The new solution increases sleeping capacity and optimises the use of space on board, while keeping the sense of openness and liveability in the living area unchanged. During the day, the space remains spacious and functional, while in the evening it can be quickly reconfigured to meet different travel and living needs. «Almost half of today’s motorhome owners travel in family units of three or more people», says Christian Striebel, Managing Director of Etrusco GmbH. «As a result, demand is growing for solutions that offer a greater number of sleeping places. With the new interior layouts and the introduction of the drop-down bed, we are meeting this need, further increasing the versatility and functionality of our motorhomes».

Flexibility for everyday life and on the road
At the rear, both variants continue to feature spacious single beds that can, if needed, be converted into a double bed. Combined with the drop-down bed, this creates a versatile night-time solution, designed both for couples and for group travel with varying requirements. The modern washroom fits harmoniously into the interior design, helping to define its stylistic identity while ensuring maximum functionality. Both models have been designed with particular attention to the needs of families travelling together: the presence of Isofix fittings for child seats enhances practicality and safety in everyday use, without compromising the typical advantages of a compact van just 2.14 metres wide. «The SCF layout has always been one of the most popular within our ranges, not least among dog owners», says Sandra Marinaro, Product Manager at Etrusco GmbH. «The spacious lounge area with face-to-face seating and the open living space offer great freedom of movement and make travelling with four-legged friends particularly enjoyable. It is precisely this everyday practicality that we wanted to further strengthen with the new generation.»

Modern features for worry-free travel
The generous standard equipment of both models, based on the Ford chassis, includes numerous technologies designed to make every journey more comfortable and enjoyable. These include the multimedia system with a 12-inch display and SYNC 4 interface, compatibility with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and cruise control. These solutions enhance the driving experience and demonstrate the brand’s commitment to a travel concept that is increasingly connected, intuitive and comfort-oriented. With the V 6.8 SF and V 6.8 SCF models, Etrusco shows how a tried-and-tested bestseller can be reimagined in a contemporary light. The combination of the well-known interior layout, the new drop-down bed and modern features makes this Van range ready to meet new travel needs: flexible, comfortable and clearly geared towards the requirements of different target groups.
