Truma service over Christmas and New Year’s Eve

The Truma Service is always there for you – even at Christmas or New Year’s Eve. Six Truma service technicians ensure a carefree winter camping experience. Between 24. and 31.12.2016 they are based at the following camp sites in Germany, Austria and Italy. They also serve surrounding camp sites:
  • Campingplatz Bankenhof, D-79822 Titisee-Neustadt
  • Naturcamping Isarhorn, D-82481 Mittenwald
  • Grüntensee-Camping, D-87497 Wertach
  • Erlebnis Comfort Camping Aufenfeld, A-6274 Aschau
  • Euro-Camp Wilder Kaiser, A-6345 Kössen
  • Caravan Park Sexten, I-39030 Sexten
You can make appointments and reach the Truma Service at +49 (0) 89 46 17 - 20 20 at the following times:
  • Emergency service telephone: 24.-26.12. and 31.12.2016 between 8:30 and 14:00 h. 
    No Truma emergency service will be available on 01.01.2017.
  • Service Center 27.-29.12.2016 between 09:00 and 16:30 h. 30.12.2016 between 9:00 and 16:00 h.
From 02.01.2017 the Truma Service team will again be available at the usual times. They can be found on our website www.truma.com/service. 
Winter service also in Switzerland
An emergency service will also be available in the Swiss Alp regions between 24. and 31.12.2016. Winter campers can contact the Truma Service Partners or the Truma Importer Selzam AG.
