For the fourth time already, Trumacan count itself among the top 100 most innovative SMEs in Germany. The family company was awarded the TOP 100 seal on 28th June 2019. Scope for ideas For the innovation prize, the Vienna University of Economics and Business assessed around 400 companies from throughout Germany. The jury was particularly impressed by Truma's climate for innovation and the management style that fosters innovation. "We give our teams a lot of scope for ideas and creativity. This is supported by our open, flexible office concept. In our "garage", varied teams focus on new products and solutions and try things out. And we often involve customers in the process already in the early phases," said CEO Alexander Wottrich.
Philipp Wegmann, Head of Product Management & Business Development and Jutta Bringazi, PR & Corporate Communications, accepted the award from TOP 100 mentor and science journalist Ranga Yogeshwar in Frankfurt.
