the smallest roof-mounted air conditioner in its category: offering excellent performance within a compact footprint.

Dometic reaffirms its position as one of the leaders in accessories, spanning a wide range of areas. Its climate comfort products are of particular importance, and the range now grows even further with the new
FreshJet FJX7 2600 model. This is a 230 V roof-mounted air conditioner: the new 2600 W version joins the well-established FreshJet range, with which Dometic has already made a name for itself on the market.
FreshJet FJX7 2600 stands out for several features: based on electronic inverter compressor technology, it delivers high performance with a limited external footprint. Quick to cool, it boasts low noise levels and reduced energy consumption.
The outdoor unit, fitted on the roof, has an aerodynamic shape with an attractive design and stands just 22 cm tall. The area it occupies on the roof is minimal, with a length of 75 cm and a width of 70 cm, leaving more room for skylights and other equipment.
Inside the vehicle, the
FreshJet FJX7 2600 air conditioner features a slim, elegantly profiled air diffuser, complemented by functional LED lights. There is also a convenient touch control panel with clearly displayed information. Alternatively, the air conditioner can also be managed via the Dometic Climate App, which can be installed on a smartphone.
However, this new Dometic model stands out not only for its design, but also for the technology it employs and the performance it delivers. FreshJet FJX7 2600 is in fact based on inverter compressor technology with a heat pump. The unit guarantees excellent cooling performance and rapidly cools down the vehicle interior. The compressor’s variable power output ensures the desired temperature is reached with the least possible noise and high energy efficiency, delivering strong performance with low consumption. To further reduce noise levels, a “Sleep” mode is available for night-time operation, reducing fan power by 80%.
The
Dometic FreshJet FJX7 2600 air conditioner is equipped with a heat pump for the interior heating function: with just the touch of a button, 2300 W of heating power is available. The “soft” start-up feature allows the air conditioner to be used even at campsites with limited circuit protection. Finally, CleanAir technology is employed, designed to effectively reduce bacteria and unpleasant odours.
