In the recreational vehicle sector, energy management is now one of the most vital areas for manufacturers and end users. Teleco Group is introducing a new integrated architecture, designed to simplify, optimise and make the entire on-board electrical system more intelligent. At the heart of the solution are the TEB310 control and distribution units, available in two configurations: TEB310AL (analogue) and TEB310D (digital).
Both combine, in a single compact device, functions that have traditionally been separate – battery charger, power distribution and fuse protection – reducing wiring complexity and improving installation efficiency. The analogue version is designed for immediate integration with existing systems thanks to a configuration compatible with the most widely used standards, while the digital version introduces an advanced architecture based on data communication, capable of interacting with batteries and next-generation devices.
The system is completed by the touch sensitive control panel, which provides the direct user interface. Designed with strong, scratch-resistant glass, it enables the main vehicle parameters – water levels, battery status and general power supply – to be monitored intuitively, offering immediate and precise control, especially in the most advanced digital systems. Finally, the ecosystem integrates seamlessly with the DC/DC booster, a key element for managing energy on the move. This device optimises charging of the leisure battery while driving, using energy from the alternator. The TEB310 control and distribution unit The philosophy behind the TEB310 series is to bring multiple functions together in a single device. “We have grouped all these functions in one box,” explains Raul Fabbri, co-founder of Teleco Group. “It includes the battery charger, the fuse holder, and all the 12V connections for the various devices inside the motorhome.” At the heart of the system is an integrated 20A battery charger, designed specifically to manage the leisure battery. One of the most important advantages for manufacturers is the unit’s physical design: compact enough to be installed under the driver’s seat, it allows the vehicle’s entire electrical hub to be centralised in one accessible location. This not only saves space, but also significantly reduces the complexity and time required for wiring during production. Teleco has developed two versions of the distribution unit to respond strategically to different manufacturing approaches and compatibility requirements with existing systems.
TEB310AL (analogue) – This version is designed for seamless plug-and-play integration. Recognising that many European manufacturers are accustomed to specific wiring standards, Teleco maintained a six-wire configuration compatible with existing market benchmarks. It allows OEMs to upgrade their electrical systems without having to completely redesign the vehicle wiring. This version is also LIN-bus compatible, allowing it to communicate directly with Teleco’s lithium batteries to provide hyper-accurate data on state-of-charge (SoC).
TEB310D (digital) – For manufacturers looking toward the future, the digital version utilises a Teleco open-bus system. Instead of a thick bundle of wires, it uses a single RJ10 data cable to communicate with the control panel. Both models feature high versatility via micro-switches that allow the battery charger to be calibrated for four different battery types: lead-acid, gel, AGM and lithium.
Touch Control Panel The interface between the user and the system is the control panel, and this is an element on which Teleco has placed particular emphasis in terms of durability and design. Unlike other products, which use plastic or plexiglas, Teleco panels (such as the TP310AL) are protected by a 3mm shatterproof, anti-scratch glass. The touch interface allows users to monitor fresh and wastewater levels, battery voltage and general power status. For vehicles equipped with Teleco’s lithium batteries, the digital link provides precise percentage readouts rather than simple voltage estimates, giving the end-user total peace of mind regarding their autonomy.

Seamless integration with the Teleco TBooster Pro 1245 The TEB310 series also integrates perfectly with the Teleco TBooster Pro 1245. The unit features dedicated rear connectors for the 12V DC/DC Converter, allowing the system to intelligently manage power from the alternator while driving and switch seamlessly to 230V mains power when at a campsite.
