Following the recent acquisition of WildAx in England and P.L.A. in Italy, the
Rapido Group has announced its purchase of Stylevan, a van manufacturer located in Burgundy.
The Rapido Group, a major actor in recreational vehicles on the European market, is continuing on its path to ongoing growth. This acquisition will allow the Rapido Group to strengthen its position in the French market and is a logical completion to recent acquisitions.
Stylevan has been designing and manufacturing panel vans for more than 35 years. Recognized as THE global reference for panel vans by all recreational users, Stylevan is noted for their innovative and high-quality products, which give it a unique positioning on the market.
Alexis Nollet, who has been the owner of Stylevan for 7 years, will continue to lead the company during the transition. “The purchase by the Rapido Group is in line with the logical growth Stylevan desires. We can now benefit from the experience of the Rapido Group while conserving Stylevan’s own identity and culture, which Stylevaner’s have grown to love,” Alexis Nollet stated.
Pierre and Nicolas Rousseau, for their part, expressed their enthusiasm following the purchase. “This acquisition will strengthen the
Rapido Group’s expertise in the van sector. The position of the Stylevan brand is perfectly aligned with the other brands in our Group. We are going to develop a network of distributors and thus promote the development of the Stylevan brand.”
