Pössl at the Salone del Camper in Parma

The German manufacturer Pössl reaffirms its commitment to the van segment by showcasing a substantial sample of its extensive range at the Salone del Camper in Parma. From 12 to 20 September 2026, Pössl will be present at the show with a variety of vehicles, to demonstrate that although it operates exclusively in the panel van category, it manages to greatly diversify its offering. There are indeed classic vans, such as those with H2 height from the Stellantis group, and others capable of offering greater living space thanks to the use of Stellantis H3 bases or through the fitting of extra-tall optional roofs, and then there are the 4x4 models on a Mercedes-Benz base, to which are added the mini-vans with a low pop-up roof. An important part of the vehicles on display falls within the D-Line range, such as the Roadcamp R and the 2Win R Plus, both 6 metres long and with a walk-through bathroom, or the Roadstar 600 L (599 cm) and the Roadcruiser (636 cm), two models with twin beds and a walk-through bathroom. We will also be able to see the generous and versatile Roacruiser Revolution, built on the largest mechanical bases of the Stellantis group, namely with H3 height (283 cm) and a length of 636 cm. The rear bed is a drop-down bed to create a spacious garage, while the central bathroom is walk-through and closes with a roller shutter. But at the show there will also be several models from the Summit series, such as the compact Summit 540 Shine and the mid-sized Summit 600 Plus. There will also be the large Summit 640 Prime, of a superior standard and with its interior having undergone a restyling: it shows the open-plan solution without an overhead shelf above the cab and the glazed cupola that brings brightness to the living area together with the central skylight. An interesting 2027 novelty will also be on display at the Pössl stand in Parma, namely the Summit Shine 640 R EVO model. At 636 cm long, it is characterised by the longitudinal rear bed with electrically adjustable height and by the central walk-through bathroom, as well as by the kitchen with a rounded front corner.
Numerous models in the D-Line series are also available with the new electric pop-up bellows roof, very easy to operate when opening and closing. At the Salone del Camper in Parma, the RoadStar XT will not be missing, Pössl's 4x4 van, built on the all-wheel drive Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. It is fitted with the powerful 2-litre 190 hp engine combined with the 9G Tronic automatic transmission. At 593 cm long, it features a widening of the rear left wall to obtain a transverse bed of adequate length.
As for the mini-vans with a pop-up roof, there will be both the best-seller Campster and the simpler Vanster. The Campster on a Citroen Space Tourrer base remains under 5 metres in length but offers everything four people need to enjoy a holiday on the road: table, kitchen (partly pull-out), wardrobe, four travelling seats and four sleeping berths. The Vanster has the same dimensions and is apparently similar, almost identical on the outside, but inside we do not find the wardrobe-kitchen unit, leaving more free space for the sofa and the bed that it creates.
