Hobby honoured at CMT 2026

German manufacturer Hobby distinguished itself at the “Promobil&Caravaning 2026 readers’ choice awards”, organised by the German magazines Promobil and Caravaning, taking home the first prize in the mid-to-low-range caravan category. The official award ceremony took place at the CMT show in Stuttgart, 2026 edition. The Hobby Ontour caravan received the highest number of votes in the readers’ awards run by the two magazines: in the "Mid-to-low range" category, it took first place with 35.8% of the votes. A good value-for-money ratio and well thought-out layouts made all the difference. With the Ontour 390 SF and Ontour 460 DL models, Hobby Ontour has been among the most popular caravans for decades. Its dimensions are fairly compact and its weight relatively low. The Ontour 390 SF features a front transverse double bed and a longitudinal dinette to the rear. The compact bathroom sits next to the entrance, while the kitchen occupies a central position. The larger Ontour 460 DL, meanwhile, offers two comfortable single beds at the front and a full-width transverse dinette to the rear, alongside a kitchen, bathroom and wardrobe in the centre of the living space.
