Anyone who, during the promotional period from 1 September 2026 to 30 November 2026 inclusive, switches to the iNet X Connectivity Set 2 and meets the participation requirements will receive two additional years of remote control service free of charge. In addition to the two years already included, this provides a total period of four years of remote control service at no extra cost.
The iNet X Connectivity Set 2, in combination with compatible devices and a suitable system configuration, enables the switch to the iNet X System.
The switch is not possible on all vehicles or with all existing device configurations. Therefore, before purchasing, it is advisable to check compatibility with a Truma partner.
Why Truma is offering this loyalty campaign
One of the reasons behind the loyalty campaign is the gradual shutdown of 2G mobile networks in Europe. The Truma iNet Box uses this mobile technology for all remote control functions. As the transition of the networks progresses, the use of the relevant remote control functions may become limited depending on the country and network availability, or may no longer be guaranteed in future.
From 1 January 2027, the Truma iNet System App will no longer be supported with further updates. However, both the app and the Truma iNet Box can continue to be used with the currently available features.
From 1 January 2027, Truma will cease providing updates and further maintenance (maintenance versions) of the Truma iNet System App. The app can continue to be used with the currently available features.
From 1 January 2028, assistance and support services for the Truma iNet System App and for the Truma iNet Box will also cease. Production of the Truma iNet Box was already discontinued as of 1 January 2023.
Important for users: which features will remain available and which may be subject to limitations depend, among other things, on the specific conditions of use, app support, mobile network availability and the individual configuration of the device and vehicle.
Loyalty benefit for current users of the Truma iNet Box
As part of the promotion, participating users who own a Truma iNet Box will receive, upon purchase and registration of a Truma iNet X Connectivity Set 2, a further two years of free remote control service, in addition to the two years already included. This results in a total period of four years of remote control service at no additional cost. The value of the benefit amounts to up to 138 euros.*
At the end of the free usage period, the remote control service can be renewed for a fee. There is no automatic renewal.

Participation in the promotion does not guarantee the technical compatibility of existing devices or vehicle systems with the iNet X System. Specialist retailers therefore represent a key point of reference for checking the existing configuration, advising on the most suitable solution and carrying out the adaptation to a professional standard.
