Two vehicles can be regarded as emblematic of this idea: the GFG Bandini Dora, a fully electric barchetta brimming with lightness and refinement, a dream car that pays homage to the golden age of Italian sports cars while looking boldly to the future.

Why design moves us: great design doesn’t simply serve a purpose – it stirs emotion. It connects technology with feeling, function with form, the past with the future. This is the guiding principle of GFG Style, the design studio founded by Giorgetto and Fabrizio Giugiaro in 2015.
Their mission: to create vehicles that are more than mere means of transport – cultural objects, icons, points of reference.
 
Who they are:
 
Giorgetto Giugiaro is regarded as one of the most influential industrial designers of all time.
Over the course of his career he has shaped the world of mobility with more than 300 production vehicles and 200 concept cars. From elegant sports cars to everyday icons, from the futuristic to the functional, Giugiaro’s work is always bold, modern and deeply human.
 
Fabrizio Giugiaro has been active in automotive design and architecture for over thirty years.
Fabrizio’s design methodology places emphasis on functional elements paired with comfort. Every creative challenge is approached with particular attention to feasibility and production costs, thanks to the use of the most advanced technologies.
 
What sets them apart? Giugiaro doesn’t design with aesthetics alone in mind, but with feasibility too. For him, a car is not merely an object, but a reflection of the human being. An expression of freedom, identity and attitude. His designs are engineered with logic yet perceived through emotion: functional beauty, as they would say in Italy.
