A-Base models: comfort with space – now even more efficient
Premiere at Caravan Salon Düsseldorf 2025
The stage is set for unforgettable family adventures: Etrusco, a brand of the
Erwin Hymer Group, is expanding its product portfolio with a
new series in the
over-cab motorhome segment, available from a starting price of just 63,590 euros.
Whether it’s versatile seating, additional sleeping places, sophisticated storage solutions or surprising design elements, the new models in the base series – the
A 6.9 DB and
A 6.9 SB, both built on a Fiat chassis – offer everything needed to make the whole family’s journey comfortable. The focus is on affordable access to the world of over-cab motorhomes, without compromising on value or the brand’s DNA.
Etrusco’s unmistakable look and feel remains modern and elegant, with essential details and practical features, striking a balance between aesthetic appeal and attractive value for money.
The new series will make its debut at the Caravan Salon 2025 in Düsseldorf and will be available from autumn 2025, just in time for the next travel season. Once again, Etrusco demonstrates just how closely the brand keeps in touch with the current needs of motorhome enthusiasts.
The Base series grows: the A models arrive
Following the successful debut of the Base T 6.9 SB in 2024, Etrusco now presents the new generation: the
over-cab models A 6.9 DB and
A 6.9 SB, built on the Fiat Ducato.
Both motorhomes impress with their minimalist, well thought-out design and welcoming interior. The functional elements are cleverly positioned, ensuring maximum comfort on board.
The
A 6.9 DB is based on a well-established layout from the Etrusco collection and, with a length of just under
6.99 metres, combines compact external dimensions with a highly efficient interior layout. Thanks to the generous space on board, this model offers several comfortable sleeping places, making it the ideal solution for families and small group travel.
The
A 6.9 SB takes a contemporary approach to design: its single rear bed concept responds to a clearly recognisable trend.
With the T 6.9 SB, Etrusco already demonstrated at the Caravan Salon 2024 that style and quality don’t necessarily have to come at a high price. The new over-cab models build on this philosophy, staying true to Etrusco’s tradition, with a clear focus on offering accessible solutions for life on the road.
Optimal use of space: designed with families in mind
For the A models, the bathroom and kitchen have been completely redesigned, based on the principles used in the low-profile models.
The kitchen area features a multifunctional hob/sink combination and an XXL fridge with a capacity of 135 litres, including a freezer compartment. This means you’ll be perfectly equipped for family evenings and longer leisure activities.
The brand’s signature Vario bathroom offers generous interior space and can be transformed into a shower cubicle in just a few steps.
This innovative rotating bathroom was redesigned last year in collaboration with the in-house technical team, with the aim of managing space even more intelligently.
The sleeping area is equally comfortable: in the A 6.9 SB, two single beds measuring 207x80 and 200x80 centimetres guarantee a restful night’s sleep, while also offering the option of being combined into a double bed. The A 6.9 DB, on the other hand, features a comfortable transverse bed measuring 212 × 145-129 centimetres. In addition, the dinette area can be converted into an extra sleeping space, comfortably accommodating up to six people on board.
Ideal for outdoor enthusiasts: the rear garage offers generous storage space in both models, easily able to carry anything from bicycles to camping equipment. The 95x110 centimetre storage hatch also makes loading and unloading even easier.
Living in style on the move
The
Sicilia style world stands out with its distinctive character: the vibrant colour combination blends perfectly with the black upholstery fabric, creating a tasteful aesthetic – offered as standard. The dinette can be easily converted according to your needs, transforming from a cosy lounge into a practical dining area.
New in the range: four design variants of the style worlds, which will be unveiled for the first time at the Caravan Salon 2025.
An optional Isofix anchorage is also available, making family holidays child’s play.
The new over-cab A 6.9 DB and A 6.9 SB models, even in the Base version, stand out for their comprehensive standard equipment.
Modern assistance systems, such as cruise control and Traction+, enhance safety, while the fibreglass construction of the roof, rear and walls, as well as fibreglass floor protection, ensure long-lasting durability.
Particular attention has also been paid to living comfort: the entrance door with a lowered step makes getting in and out easier, while soft-close drawers ensure smooth handling on board.
Finally, anyone wishing to add a personal touch can choose from a range of extra options – from elegant framed windows to a second hatch for garage access.
The first models in this series will be available from autumn 2025, starting at €63,590.
