With the Time to Think option, customers have 48 hours from booking confirmation to decide whether to cancel the ticket and obtain a refund.

The FLEX Fare, on the other hand, allows you to change your booking without penalties, choosing other dates or other routes. In the event of cancellation, it refunds up to 90% of the amount.
