CI Horon 84 XT

Put to the test between Comacchio and its valleys

Published on 01/05/2026

CI Horon 84 XT: one of the most popular low-profile motorhomes with a drop-down bed in the Tuscan manufacturer’s collection gets a completely new look. The versatility of its living solution remains unchanged, with twin beds at the rear developed over a length of 745 cm, which continues to be ideal both for couples seeking comfort and for families. We put it to the test on the road and in real life, analysing its strengths, weaknesses and everything that really matters when choosing a motorhome. A 165 hp Ford Transit engine, numerous features already included in the price, up to 5 travelling and sleeping places, and one of the most sought-after layouts: on paper, it has everything it takes to be one of the most interesting proposals in the category priced under €70,000. But is this really the case? We tested it through driving, stopovers and everyday use, all the way to the well-known town of Comacchio and its fascinating Valli, set within the Po Delta natural park.
