At the CMT show in Stuttgart, an all-new range of low-profile motorhomes makes its world premiere, representing the new entry-level step into the Hymer world. It is named GT-S and, as is now tradition for the German brand, even the latest arrivals are built on the mechanical base of the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, here in the front-wheel-drive variant, already equipped with automatic transmission. Two models are presented on this occasion, united by a living solution featuring twin beds at the rear, developed however in different sizes and layouts. A special, fully equipped version dedicated to one of the best-known and most appreciated models in the Exsis range also arrives, namely the T 474 Xperience Edition, a compact low-profile motorhome with twin beds. In addition, the CrossTrail version of the well-known Grand Canyon S 700 also makes its debut, the longest van currently in the Hymer collection, built on an all-wheel-drive Mercedes-Benz Sprinter base. As for the associated Eriba brand, the two well-known vans built on the VW Crafter base will now also be available with the pop-up bellows roof option, while on the caravan side, the special Silver Edition trim arrives, dedicated to five models from the iconic Touring range.
