With the closure of transaction process between Trigano group and Protej, Adria Mobil group became a member of Trigano group, which is now 85% owner, while Adria management team kept 15% stake. Trigano will with the integration of Adria Mobil become the biggest group in RV industry in Europe. Trigano group annual sales in 2016 was more than 1,3 Billion Euro, has today around 7.000 employees, operating on several production locations in several European countries. Adria is today one of the leading brands in European RV market, with wide geographical presence, strong growth and financial results. Adria Mobil group reached 355 Mio Euro in 2016 with more than 1.600 employees. Trigano global strategy is to enable through inorganic growth and decentralization for all the companies in the group full utilization of synergies (purchasing, industrial, commercial) together with high level of autonomy of each company of the group. The ownership change will bring new potential and synergy effect for the company based on continuation of Adria Mobil’s long- term growth strategy, keeping the tradition and values of Adria brand name, keeping all job positions in all production locations in Slovenia and keeping all key business functions with current management in Novo mesto.
