Dear Customers, the AT CLOR 8000 product has shown a non-conforming reaction on the cap in one case out of 800 tested.
In order to prevent and eliminate any and all issues, anyone who has purchased the
product between 1 April 2026 and 30 June 2026 is invited to return the product and the cap, if damaged, to ACQUATRAVEL SRL - VIA DEL SALE, 85/A - 48125 SAN PIETRO IN CAMPIANO (RA), indicating
the return address of the product in the parcel as well, and at the same time send an email to
sanificazioni@acquatravel.it stating your first name, surname and address, so that upon receipt of the product, a new tablet will be sent with packaging showing the new, corrected instructions for use, along with a replacement filter cap for the existing one.
The company nevertheless wishes to reassure customers that the reaction found has not affected the functionality of the item, and above all that the product released into the tank water complies with the Drinking Water Directives.
