There are bathrooms and showers, but you can't use them because they're extremely dirty. They make you park amidst debris and weeds, with lots of mosquitoes. You don't know what you're paying because the price is based on what you consume at their restaurant. It says there's a pool, right! But if you use it for even 10 minutes, you have to pay \u20ac5.00, but they tell you this after you've used it. It's a shame because it has an enviable location near the highway, very convenient for stopping for a night to break up the journey. The exquisite owner went out of his way for any need. Very large green area, with a play area for children and many animals that sometimes roam free around the farm, obviously controlled by the staff. I had lunch at the property and I ate really well. The sight in the morning upon awakening was the abbey of Montecassino.
