We showed up at 10:30 three days later and - after an hour of waiting - we were told that there was only an extremely small pitch with a very low tree in which the camper obviously didn't fit. Having seen two empty pitches, we asked if we could use one of the two but were told they were waiting for 2 other campers that they had booked. At that point, pointing out that 3 days before we had been told that it was not possible to book, we understood that the owners managed things as they wanted and without any criteria, we thanked and left. Their luck is probably that there are no picnic areas nearby. We don't recommend it. The access is on a steep slope so when you arrive it is good to find a flat place to stop. Clean services with hot water available. Terraced pitches with a nice glimpse of the lake even if not very deep. The only flaw is the management of the pitches left to customers who are not always respectful of the access routes. We also had a bath, an experience not to be missed in 1420. Excellent welcome, we enjoyed the simple but nice little playground for our children to play. Unthinkable then do not plan at least one dinner of local specialties at the restaurant managed excellently by the landlord, Mauro, with grilled meat directly exposed, especially after a long walk in one of the many mountain trails immersed in this wonderful land 'Abruzzo.
