It features thermal water pools (only two are open in June), free Wi-Fi, a dedicated room for watching free events (the European Football Championship), constantly clean restrooms, and some of the best stainless steel wastewater drains I've seen. The people of Sarteano are extremely friendly and helpful. However, the facility is showing its age: the on-site restaurant is unavailable due to the high costs involved, and the roads are partially ruined. We were guests from the 13th to the 16th, two people with a camper. The price is unpopular: \u20ac65 per day in low season (average for them). Lastly, they don't allow pets, which has forced me to skip the last 16 years. The choice is yours. All excellent facilities, from swimming pools to bathrooms \/ sinks \/ showers always well cleaned. I do not give the highest mark only for some buildings near the swimming pool, now empty and a bit desolate that do not really show off, probably daughters of other eras. High price but adequate for the structure.
