It's a farm with lots of animals. The facilities are clean and spacious, with large showers and hot and cold water included in the price. The view is beautiful, with the Gran Sasso mountain very close by. The wastewater disposal is a bit of a problem. They brought us their produce in the evening. The staff were extremely friendly and very close to the highway.
