We visited in early June. The campsite is expanding, with renovations to its facilities, a pizzeria with a wood-fired oven, and a bar. The camper spaces are being expanded, with shade provided on each pitch. The campsite is well-maintained and tidy, and prices are reasonable for an island property. There's a children's play area and 4-person Indian-style tents with fans and refrigerators. In fact the only one on the island, which has expanded dramatically in recent years with the result that most of the pitches are nothing more than dusty parking lots with some shading structures at 60 euros a day for 4 people and a camper. The "restaurant" is absolutely unthinkable, the market offers chips, chocolate, ice cream, soft drinks, beer and nothing more, stock up on food and fill up with water because the water available is desalinated and therefore still salty. Plus the free shuttle service to and from the town.
