We arrived at the campsite reception in the early afternoon to spend the night and go to the Plitvice Lakes that same afternoon. But we quickly discovered that they only have a shuttle to the lakes in the morning. So we didn't enter the campsite and went to the lakes, but we forgot that we had given them our documents. After visiting the lakes, we returned to the campsite to get our documents and leave, having decided to leave immediately for Zadar. The surprise was that the campsite wanted us to pay for one night just because we had registered the documents. Given that the camper hadn't even entered the campsite. After some discussion, they partially changed their minds and asked me to pay about 11 euros: I paid so as not to argue again, but that's not how it's done! To visit the lakes, the shuttle leaves at 9 in the morning and returns at 2 or 5 pm and reaches both entrances to the lakes (return cost 4 euros). Market and restaurant inside. It has two service blocks with hot showers and laundry, there are two pay washing machines. It is very large and you can get lost in the ups and downs of the streets and meadows. Inside there is a restaurant (good food but quite expensive) and a mini market with basic necessities and well stocked for alcohol. Convenient for the Plitvice park with the shuttle to both entrances (outward at 9.00 and return at 17.00).
