The property is located in the middle of a field full of lemon trees, which they sell. It's well-kept and clean. There are two coin-operated showers and two bathrooms with toilet paper, two sinks with soap, washing machines, and a dryer. Everything was spotless. There are sinks outside for dishwashing. Electricity is available at the columns, but not at night because it runs on solar panels. The loading and unloading areas are also well-kept and clean. The property is far from the center of Murcia, but we were told that a path leads to the bike path and takes 20 minutes to get to the center, but we didn't try it.
