Obviously, I was left without one, because the other half of the connections were unusable, having been manually unlocked by the parking lot manager.\nSince I'm in a van, I don't have a bathroom; I go into the restroom area (besides two toilets, there's a sink and a wastewater drain, all in one place, so everything smells nice). The bathroom uses 20-cent coins, and if you don't have any, you'll have to hope someone will change them for you or you can keep them.
