Excellent rest area, recently opened, next to the soccer field, located halfway along the Spoleto-Norcia bike path and at the start of the Sant'Anatolia to Marmore Falls bike path. Easy access, 10 parking spaces with electrical outlets, and night lighting. There are currently no gates or barriers at the entrance, and it's all free.
