Price\/quality ratio I would say good even if not cheap, but the raw material is excellent and local. Young, trained and available staff. About 1.3km away on a country road from the bus stop for Gubbio (Caff\u00e8 San Marco). We were lucky enough to have Mr. Maurizio's taxi service (ask for tel.) who, with an honest price, took us to the splendid Gubbio and resumed after the visit.
