Furthermore, some users discharged wastewater directly from their spaces, avoiding the designated wastewater disposal area. The management, maintenance, and inspection staff were frequently observed acting inappropriately, remaining in their vehicles or in the shade of trees for long periods, failing to address obvious issues.
