When you reach Viale Cristoforo Colombo (traffic light with a park\/pine forest on the right), turn left and then take the first right. This is a tree-lined parking lot that ends at Viale Amerigo Vespucci (the seafront behind the beach resorts). The parking spaces are arranged in a herringbone pattern, large enough for campers. It's not signposted; we discovered it by chance while looking for a place to have lunch on Sunday before returning home. We found about twenty campers, many of whom had undoubtedly spent the night. Clean, quiet, and a public public beach 100 meters away. PLEASE NOTE: Parking is permitted during low season; during high season, vehicles taller than 2 meters are prohibited.
