When I get to the barrier, the machine says to insert coins (coin-only); I do so, but the machine doesn't open. I try to request the money with the button, but nothing. I'm not discouraged, so I call the municipal number on the machine and they put me in touch with the relevant office. They answer my question by telling me to go and get the money at the municipality, 5 km away, but do I have to do it myself? They were sending someone in the afternoon from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM, so I'm screwed. I hope this is a negative report for the lack of service provided by the municipality.
