On the app, I found the helpline number, where an operator very kindly suggested I try to enter by manually raising the barrier, which indeed could be opened, reassuring me that an operator would be there in a few minutes to resolve the issue. Not convinced, among other things, by the fact that the space was occupied by a caravan (as if belonging to a resident), a truck, and two campers that had been parked for a long time (tall grass around the vehicles), I gave up and continued my journey. Two days later, checking the app, I found that I was still parked within the area, so I called the operator again, who very kindly cancelled the "false entry" without any charge.
