The Lidl supermarket parking lot is well-lit, obviously without any amenities, but it's a great place to spend the night before boarding. It's located right across from the Carabinieri station. We stayed the night before boarding; it's 10-12 minutes from the port, and we felt safe. There were several campers waiting to board the next day. Olbia airport is close by, but it's not too noisy.
