The restrooms are simple, well-maintained, and beautifully constructed. Four sinks for washing. Electricity and water are available, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The masseria is at the start of a bike-friendly road that leads through an expanse of centuries-old olive trees, with cycle paths that extend in all directions all the way to Ostuni. A tour to Ostuni or the beach is available.
