As already read from previous comments, the area is spartan. There is a caretaker (who cannot tell if you live here or come in the morning), the area is still quiet and the next street has little traffic. There is the possibility of connection to the current even if not all the columns are working. The location is excellent 800m from the center, reachable on foot with a comfortable walk. The loading \/ unloading area is not conveniently positioned.
