In the Paladini parking lot, at the entrance to the city for those coming from Piediripa: immediately after the cemetery, take the left turn at the intersection (also signposted as P sferisterio). Continue until you see the first blue lines, then take the right fork that leads outside the multi-story parking lot, onto a level area. The parking lot is paid (€2 per day). Elevators in the multi-story structure take pedestrians to Corso Cairoli, near the historic center.
