They spend about 10 days, having no news, recall and a woman tells me that they still know nothing and that they don't take reservations anyway. Call this morning, September 20th, a man answers me and my request for parking, he replies that they are full because everything is booked. As for education, I said nothing, but professionalism, seriousness and fairness are certainly not at home in this place.
