It's a car and bus parking lot, a judicial warehouse, and a storage area for various materials, with a designated area for campers. The managers and staff are professional and helpful, and the cost includes a round-trip shuttle service to Fiumicino Airport, where you can catch the train to Rome Termini. The noise from airplanes, concentrated at certain times of the day, is bearable; we had no problems at night. 24 hours (they are somewhat flexible with the hours), overnight stay for two people, without using services, €31. Consider the cost carefully for visiting Rome. A round-trip ticket from Fiumicino to Rome Termini costs €16 per person with a regional train transfer in Trastevere, while a direct train costs €28. Our one-day visit to Rome for two people using the first option therefore cost €63.
