For unloading only, we paid \u20ac3.00 (you can also fill up with water, but I don't know the price because they didn't need it). There's also a small kiosk (where you also pay for parking) run by a young couple. The area has several grills available and wooden gazebos with tables and benches. To see the Emerald Pools from the rest area, there's a secondary path (don't follow Google, it doesn't give the correct route) that takes about 50 minutes, but it's definitely not for everyone.
