It's well-lit, has a barrier, and is very close to the town center. The only two drawbacks are that you pay with coins or card, considering that parking costs \u20ac15. Not everyone has coins, so perhaps you could also pay with cash or card. Once you've entered, you only leave to leave the camper; you can't enter and exit multiple times. The pedestrian crossing is under the barrier because it's completely fenced off, or there's a space on the street after the fence, but if there were another camper there, it would be a nuisance. We had a problem with the single payment not being accepted for two consecutive days, but thanks to a security guard, we resolved the issue by paying a single fee per night. The village of Polcenigo is a treasure trove, so beautiful it's worth exploring on tiptoe. The Gorgazzo Springs are also wonderful, and we were lucky enough to see them with the right flow of water. We stayed there on the night of December 23rd and 24th; it was all decked out with lights and nativity scenes.
