You cannot open the awning, but you are allowed to put a table and chairs. Quiet place, disturbed only by passing trains. Connections: the electricity columns are modern and included in the daily rate. Extremely friendly staff, they welcome you and make you feel at home. Daniele and his sweet wife were nothing short of fantastic. Always ready and willing to accommodate us in everything. Comfortable spots on a beautiful grassy lawn. The owner is friendly, kind, and helpful. Loading and unloading of wastewater is easy. Excellent price. A ten-minute walk from beaches and restaurants. A 20-minute walk will take you to the "Italia in Miniatura" park (a must-see!!), or the owner will take you there by car. Be careful! A 20-minute bike ride along the beautiful seafront takes you to Rimini's historic center; otherwise, the bus stop is adjacent to the area. Always breezy. We stayed for a few days to go to the fair, and the manager Daniele provided us with a shuttle. The managers are incredibly fantastic. Loading, unloading, and electricity were provided. We slept wonderfully.
