The manager Gennaro is very helpful and provides lots of information for getting around the city. The only downside is that it's not exactly convenient to the city center, but they do have a great shuttle service to the city center (15 each way\/person) or to the metro stop (5 each way\/person). Otherwise, there's a bus just a few meters from the rest area exit that takes you to the metro, and the city center is just 5-6 stops away.
