Description

Campers are welcomed in the central parking lot, in the moat of the Castle in Piazza Municipio. The location is spectacular and perfect for a walking tour of the monumental area (Piazza Plebiscito, Palazzo Reale). The hydrofoils and ferries to the islands in the Gulf are also within walking distance. However, it is very expensive (€3 for the first hour; €2.50 for subsequent hours, slightly less on holidays). Furthermore, it opens at 8:30 a.m. when the flower market ends and closes at midnight.
