Parking is possible along the access road, assuming you can find a spot. We stayed overnight (without any problems) in the other adjacent parking lot, also the one for the memorial, but to access it, you have to return to the main road and go around to the other side. There's no explicit prohibition sign here, although reading the parking regulations (written in small print along with many other rules) requires the written consent of the memorial management. The place is quiet, even if the tumor of the nearby busy road is clearly audible. At night there are also noises from planes and trains, but less annoying. Free.
